X-Ray: X-Rays are taken on site, and are used to diagnose spinal misalignments, scoliosis, arthritis, disc herniation, and more.
Examination: Orthopedic and neurological tests are performed in order to find muscle spasms, misaligned vertebra, disc problems, sciatica, adhesions, as well as many other conditions.
Massage: Performed prior to every chiropractic treatment in order to relax the soft tissue. Relaxed soft tissue allows a more efficient adjustment.
Chiropractic Treatment:Gentle force applied to the spine that corrects misaligned vertebra which reduces peripheral nerve root pressure (i.e. reduces pain).
Stretching and Exercises: Patients are given exercises and stretches once the spine becomes stablized/corrected. This helps maintain the progress the spine achieves with the chiropactic treatment.
Traction: Mild traction by hand is provided with chiropractic treatments if necessary.
Foot Analysis: Evaluation of your foot is made, and recommendations for proper shoes, and orthotics can be prescribed.
